My practice is out-of-network with insurance providers. However, many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. I provide a detailed superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Yes. I work with young adults seeking support with social communication, relationships, and navigating work or academic environments. Many of the adults I support identify as neurodivergent, even if they did not receive a formal diagnosis earlier in life.
Therapy at this stage often focuses on deepening self-understanding, identifying social strengths and challenges, strengthening communication in professional and personal relationships, building executive functioning strategies, and developing self-advocacy skills.

No. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin therapy. Many children benefit from support based on their current strengths and challenges, even without a diagnostic label. If a comprehensive evaluation would be clinically helpful, we can discuss that together. Therapy can begin wherever your child is right now.

Yes. I provide telehealth services throughout California and New York. Telehealth can be an excellent fit for consultation, caregiver support, and for some teens and young adults navigating work, school, or travel demands. The appropriateness of telehealth is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on goals and the level of support needed. If you’re interested in telehealth services, I’m happy to connect and discuss whether it would be a good fit.

I offer both traditional hourly, session-based services and flexible, flat-fee care options designed for families seeking more integrated, collaborative support.
Hourly services are well suited for families looking for consistent, clinic-based sessions without ongoing coordination outside of appointments. Flexible care options bundle therapy, consultation, and collaboration to provide more comprehensive, whole-system support across home, school, and other environments.
Fees vary depending on the level and structure of care. I’m happy to discuss your child’s needs and help determine which option may be the best fit. A Good Faith Estimate is provided prior to the start of services following our initial consultation.
